Dues and Related Charges (Effective 2010)

Payment Schedule
Payment is due in full and must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2010

ANNUAL DUES:
Single Adult	$825.00
Senior Member	$150.00
(over 21 as of 6/1/10 description below)
First 2 Family Members	$1,200.00
Leave of Absence Fee	$125.00
Junior Member (over 2 and under 21 as of 6/1/10)	$100.00
Cabana Fee	$100.00
*Senior Citizen Single (65 and older)	$625.00
(Only one spouse must be 65 and older)
Senior Citizen Married Couple	$800.00
*Proof of age (i.e. copy of driver's license) is required first year with payment for this category

LEAVE OF ABSENCE:

$125.00 Annual Fee: Leave of Absence entitles the family to use the Club's facilities 4 (four) times per operating season, paying existing guest fees upon admittance. Members on leave of absence may not bring guests to the Club and my not be the guest of another member. Members must submit a letter of intention by March 15th along with their payment. Letters and payments not postmarked by March 15th will be subject to the late penalty fee.

LATE PAYMENT PENALTY:

A $100 fee will be imposed for any dues payment postmarked after the due date. (Members who elect to resign will have any outstanding fees deducted from their bond refund).

RESIGNATIONS:

Those members wishing to resign from the Club should advise the Board of Governors in writing. This letter, along with their Certificate of Indebtedness should be postmarked by (and no later than) March 15th, 2010. Unless a resignation is received by the Business Office prior to, or postmarked by March 15, 2010, the resigning member will be obligated to the Club for one half of the dues for the forthcoming season, which will be deducted from their bond refund. Should you have any questions regarding resignations, please call the business office.

SINGLE MEMBERSHIP:

To qualify for single membership no more than one adult name may appear on the Bond.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP:

Family membership must include the two adults listed on the Bond or the single adult voting member and the oldest child in teh family as the second name.

SENIOR CITIZEN:

Single senior citizen denotes a member 65 or older and not married. Married senior citizen couple requires that only one spouse be 65 or older. (proof of age is required the first year in this category)

SENIOR MEMBER: (not Senior Citizen)

$150 Annual Fee: Please note that Senior Members are parents, adult offspring - over the age of 21 as on June 1, 2010, or other senior relatives of Voting Members (not spouses), who permanently reside in the household of the Voting Member. A separate application for membership must be filled out for this individual and approved by the Board of Governors. This requirement of the Club's By-Laws will be strictly enforced. Applications on behalf of Senior Members should be made by letter and addressed to the Board of Governors. A separate Certificate of Indebtedness will not be required for such applications.

CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS:

To be purchased upon admission to membership in the Club in the amount of $1,000.00 and is redeemable upon termination of membership.

INITIATION FEE:

$300.00 – payable upon admission to the membership to the Club (less the $100.00 application fee).

*These rates do not apply to special rates which may be designated for the Fourth of July Celebration. Note that the number of guests that may be introduced to the facilities on any one day by an adult voting member is limited to 12 (twelve) persons, except with the prior approval of the Board. Members age 13 – 17 may bring one guest when not accompanied by an adult member; those aged 12 and under may not introduce a guest to the Club without an adult member present, who will remain at the Club. See Article VI of Rules and Regulations for additional information.

HOUSEGUESTS:
As described in Amendment of Article XVIII, Section of the By-Laws, and in Article VI, Sections 8 and 9 of the Rules and Regulations. *A written application must be handed to the Board and approved, prior to the issuance of a house guest and/or caregiver pass.*

The limited guest fee for Caregivers is $300.00 for the season (application must be filled our by May 1, 2010 and approved by the Board of Governors).
