Water Aerobics!

Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 11:30 AM

We have a new program this year - WaterGym by Fit Med.  There are 20 different exercises and variations set to inspiring poolside music.  Our instructor(s) are trained lifeguards who have also received the WaterGym instructional.  This program is geared for weight loss and physical toning.
